A Southern foundation. A Florida focus.
Travis is a sixth-generation Southerner, originally from Atlanta, Georgia. After more than 50 years of coming to Florida, he made Vero Beach his permanent home.
Travis earned his real estate license in 1988 while he was a freshman at UC Santa Barbara. He graduated from UCSB in 1992 with a degree in Business Economics. His professional background includes America West Financial and Braun Property Management, with a primary focus in self-storage.
That development perspective began early. In 1978, Travis helped his father build Santa Barbara Self Storage—an experience that still shapes the way he evaluates access, demand, utility, and long-term land value.
Away from real estate, Travis enjoys bass fishing, traveling, and raising quail with his best friend and dog, Ricky Bobby.
